Actual Salary - £17,583 - £18,146
Part Time: Monday - Friday 30 hours per week 8.45am - 3.15pm (including 30 minutes lunch time duty and 30 minutes unpaid lunch), term time plus two inset days

Longvernal Primary school is a community school in the town of Midsomer Norton. We are a dedicated team who regard all stakeholders; children, parents and staff as being part of the ‘Longvernal Family.’ We require a Teaching Assistant for 30 hours a week from January 2026 primarily to support a motivated, well behaved child with SEN. The successful candidate will be flexible, a team player, have good interpersonal skills and be proactive. The role will involve work within Key Stage 1 and confident knowledge of the curriculum in Key Stage 1 is essential. Experience or knowledge of working with children with specific needs, which could include neurodiverse needs, SEMH, cognitive and physical learning difficulties is desirable.
