Exam Invigilators
Hayesfield Girls’ School are seeking to appoint a number of exam invigilators who are dedicated to ensuring every student receives the very best exam experience possible.
Salary: £25,614-£26,016 (Grade 1 SCP 3-4)
Hourly rate: £13.31-£13.52 per hour with 12.07% uplift

The role:
Hayesfield Girls’ School is seeking to appoint dedicated Exam Invigilators to ensure our students receive the best possible examination experience. Working on a casual basis, postholders will provide invigilation cover for external and internal examinations and carry out associated administrative duties as directed by the Examinations Officer.
Key duties include preparing examination rooms, distributing materials, monitoring student behaviour, and enforcing exam board regulations.
Requirements:
- Good standard of literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to both students and adults.
- Calm, authoritative presence and the ability to maintain strict exam conditions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility during key exam windows.
