- has successful senior leadership experience;
- is a qualified SENDCo with a strong understanding of inclusive education;
- has significant safeguarding experience and can lead this strategically across the school;
- believes that high expectations and inclusion go hand in hand;
- is committed to developing staff and building strong partnerships with families and external agencies.

- an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a rapidly improving school;
- a talented and committed staff team;
- enthusiastic, kind and engaging pupils;
- supportive governors and trust colleagues;
- excellent professional development through Midsomer Norton School Partnership.
If you believe every child can succeed and want to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people, we would love to hear from you.
