Role: Trust Data Analyst
Location: Trust Head Office, Knobsbury Lane, Writhlington, BA3 3NQ
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm, all year around
Salary: Grade 7 and scale point range 23 - 26, £17.85 - £19.32 per hour, £34,434 - £37,280
Start Date: September 2025

The Midsomer Norton Schools’ Partnership (MNSP) was established in 2009, as a result of the successful merger between Norton Hill and Somervale Schools, both situated in Midsomer Norton in Bath & North East Somerset.

As our Trust Data Analyst you’ll work closely with our Trust Data Lead to ensure our data is live accurate and accessible. You’ll be at the heart of our data operations helping to develop and maintain efficient data capture systems and reporting tools.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Maintaining our Trust MIS systems (Arbor and SISRA) and integrating data from various sources to produce seamless reports.
- Reporting & Analysis: Designing and producing key performance indicator reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Support & Training: Providing support and training to schools on our MIS and reporting systems (Arbor and SISRA).
- Project Work: Leading and contributing to projects that transform our ways of working and improve data-driven decision-making.
We're looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind and excellent communication skills. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
