We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about ensuring every pupil thrives, regardless of background, need or circumstance.
As our Deputy Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership across the whole school while leading our vision for inclusion. You will be an experienced SENDCo with the National Award for SEN Coordination, an outstanding leader of safeguarding, and a champion for vulnerable children, including those with SEND, looked-after and previously looked-after children.
Working alongside the Headteacher, you will help shape the future of our school by developing inclusive practice, strengthening safeguarding, improving outcomes for vulnerable learners and ensuring every member of our community flourishes.
We are looking for someone who:
- is an inspirational and compassionate leader;
- has successful senior leadership experience;
- is a qualified SENDCo with a strong understanding of inclusive education;
- has significant safeguarding experience and can lead this strategically across the school;
- believes that high expectations and inclusion go hand in hand;
- is committed to developing staff and building strong partnerships with families and external agencies.
