About the Role
Ansford Academy is seeking friendly, reliable, and professional individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. In this vital role, you will help supervise internal and external examinations, ensuring strict regulations are met to give our students a calm, fair, and supportive environment to succeed.
This casual position offers flexible hours during exam periods to suit your schedule. Up to 3 days of paid training and annual updates will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise candidates and ensure compliance with exam regulations.
* Prepare exam rooms (seating arrangements, signage, clocks) and distribute/collect materials securely.
* Check candidate attendance, verify identities, and handle student queries with composure.
* Act as a prompt or scribe for students requiring access arrangements.
* Collaborate closely with the Exams Officer and wider invigilation team.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:Minimum 5 GCSEs grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Key Attributes: Patient, kind, punctual, highly detailed, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Tech Skills:Basic IT confidence to engage with training and payroll platforms (guidance provided).
Desirable: Previous supervisory/educational experience or knowledge of exam regulations is a bonus, but full training will be given.
